Mike came over on a Saturday morning, he was on time and very knowledgeable. When he gave us the price we were pleased to hear that it was more affordable then other quotes. When we told him we were refinancing the home and couldn't move forward for 8 weeks. He was willing to not take a deposit and get our job ordered so I didn't have to wait 8 more weeks to get my tub converted to a shower. As a senior its hard to use the tub. Technicians did a very good job, I'm very satisfied with their work.
